Significant Experience Across All Types of Transactions and Strategic Situations. Paragon's senior professionals have extensive experience, consummating over $40 billion of M&A transactions, financings, and structured transactions over the last 15 years. Prior to forming Paragon in 2002, Paragon's senior professionals established successful careers at Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers, Montgomery Securities and Banc of America Securities.
Insights on Value Creation. As strategic advisors, we are focused on a selected number of clients to whom we can offer insights on key drivers to create value. In addition to providing traditional investment banking services, we are focused on solving long-term strategic issues for our clients, in certain cases incorporating aspects of strategic or operational consulting into advisory assignments.
